International correspondents

 Welcoming Center

At your arrival in Nantes, it is mandatory to visit the Welcoming Center :
15 chaussée de la Madeleine, Nantes (Map)
They will give you many information and you will receive a certificat of arrival.

International Relation Office

Once you visited the welcoming center, you must take an appointment with our team international.iae@univ-nantes.fr (Map)
During the meeting you will explain to you (Please bring the welcoming center documents for this meeting) :
- Timetable
- Mandatory information
- Academic calendar
- Exam
Few days later a meeting will be planed with all the exchange students, you will receive your students card and acces to get the School Certificat
