To attend courses available in Postgraduate level, professors approval is needed.
A resume of your academic level and your transcript of records will be needed.
It will be taking care at your arrival and not before.

International correspondents

 Welcoming Center

At your arrival in Nantes, it is mandatory to visit the Welcoming Center :
15 chaussée de la Madeleine, Nantes (Map)
They will give you many information and you will receive a certificat of arrival.

International Relation Office

Once you visited the welcoming center, you must take an appointment with our team Contacts (Map)
During the meeting you will explain to you (Please bring the welcoming center documents for this meeting) :
- Timetable
- Mandatory information
- Academic calendar
- Exam
Few days later a meeting will be planed with all the exchange students, you will receive your students card and acces to get the School Certificat

Documents needed

- Certificat of arrival from the Welcome center
- Learning Agreement 
- Certificat of arrival from your home university to complet 


2026-2027

SEMESTER 1 
Classes from 1st September 2026 until 11th December 2026 depending on the tracks
Exams from 14th December 2026 until 15th January 2027 (break from 21st December until 3rd January) depending on the tracks

SEMESTER 2 
Classes from 4th January 2027 until 28th May 2027 depending on the tracks
Exams from 5th April 2027 until 28th May 2027 depending on the tracks

RETAKE EXAM FOR SEMESTER 1 & 2
